Drive keeps your family's files. Almira keeps your family's facts — each linked to the page it came from.
How it works
Use the camera, scan a document or upload a PDF. Or choose “Share to Almira” from WhatsApp, Gmail or Files.
Check the details Almira reads. Nothing is used until you confirm. Once filed, the details stay beside the original.
Get reminders before things expire. Ask a question when you need a detail, and open the page to check it.
What you can do
Open her shelf or search for the document. Keep the papers you need together.
Get reminders for insurance, PUC, passport and licence expiry. On your phone and by email.
Ask in your own words. Answers use your confirmed documents and show the page they came from.
Share the original by WhatsApp or email after one last check. ID documents need your PIN. The shared file includes its full numbers.
Give each family member a place for their papers. Even someone who does not use a phone.
An encrypted copy stays on your phone, so those documents open without internet.

ID numbers are encrypted and masked on screen. Your PIN reveals the full number for 30 seconds. Each reveal is recorded in Activity.
Nothing is sent to another person without your confirmation. ID documents also need your PIN. Every share and download is recorded in Activity.
Your files are stored encrypted on servers in India.
Phone notifications never show document details. File names are hidden in the app, too.
App lock uses your PIN. The offline copy on your phone is encrypted.
Download everything or request account deletion at any time. You can do both in Settings.
Answers come only from your confirmed documents, with the page they came from. Almira does not give medical or investment advice.

A few questions
Your files and ID numbers are stored encrypted. Numbers stay masked until you use your PIN. Sharing needs your confirmation. You can download your data or request account deletion.
Inside Almira, you and the family members you link can see only what you allow. AI services process documents to read them and help you search. A person you send an original file to can see its full contents.
Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving licence, voter ID, vehicle RC, PUC, and health, life or motor insurance. You check the details and confirm before they are used.
